To become a member, you must have experience with our work. This means, having completed our 2-class intro-course, attended a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course with an instructor (or the 10 week online course from wimhofmethod.com), or have been training and approved to participate by Donato Helbling. This guarantees that everyone you will be practicing with knows the basics of technique and safety, so we can keep our sessions productive and timely.
