CLASS SCHEDULE

Since 2018 The Miami Ice Club has been offering breathwork and ice bath classes open to practitioners of all levels, from complete beginners to our regular seasoned members.

If you are new to breathwork or ice baths and want to come on the weekends, our "Intro" classes are a bit longer (90mins). This extra time is great for first timers to get a little tutorial, ask questions and have an awesome first experience. These are also a great chance to bring friends!

BRICKELL: WEDNESDAY 7am, FRIDAY 7am, SUNDAY 11am

SOUTH BEACH: SATURDAY 9am

1. Go up to the lobby, let the front desk know you're a there for the Ice Club

2. Go up the elevator to the Club Level (CL)
